Star Trek: Starfleet Academy
A first-look photo has been released of Rebecca Quin, aka WWE\u2019s Becky Lynch, in her appearance as a Starfleet officer in the upcoming \u201cStar Trek: Starfleet Academy\u201d series. <\/p>\n

Quin revealed she grew up with the show often on the TV and turns out she is a big Miles O\u2019Brien fan \u2013 \u201cWe all love Colm Meaney, any time he was on, you sit down and watch that\u201d. The new series premieres mid-January. [Source: Collider<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Star Wars: Starfighter
Composer Thomas Newman (\u201cThe Shawshank Redemption,\u201d \u201cAmerican Beauty,\u201d \u201cFinding Nemo\u201d) has been announced as the person set to do the score for the upcoming Shawn Levy-directed \u201cStar Wars: Starfighter\u201d film starring Ryan Gosling and opening in cinemas on May 28th 2027. Frankenstein
Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro has confirmed his recent \u201cFrankenstein\u201d film will be getting a physical media release \u2013 a rare thing for a Netflix original film. The release will also include the film\u2019s deleted \u2018convent\u2019 scene.<\/p>\n

Netflix has released all the new title cards for the eight individual episodes of the upcoming second season of its live-action \u201cOne Piece\u201d series. The titles are packed with easter eggs for fans of the series.<\/p>\n

Wonder Man
Marvel Studios has put out a new promo for its \u201cWonder Man\u201d series, this one poking fun at Master Class-style video courses. The show itself premieres on the Disney+ service on January 27th.<\/p>\n

The promo sees Ben Kingsley reprising his role as \u2018renowned\u2019 actor Trevor Slattery, who is teaching a course in \u2018The Slattery Method\u2019 and claims: \u201cActing isn\u2019t a job. It\u2019s a calling\u201d. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery
Netflix has released one more poster for Rian Johnson\u2019s \u201cWake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery\u201d as the film hits cinemas today ahead of its planned Netflix release on December 12th. The title is playing on hundreds of U.S. screens and in certain overseas markets for a week, including Australia.<\/p>\n
