Brazil hero Roberto Carlos has now praised the incredible playing career of one talented Manchester United legend under iconic former manager Sir Alex Ferguson.<\/p>\n

Sir Alex Ferguson\u2019s Manchester United reign<\/a> came to an end in 2013 and the legendary former Aberdeen manager bowed out of Old Trafford<\/a> with his retirement.<\/p>\n

Ferguson<\/a> enjoyed incredible high points in his illustrious reign as United manager<\/a>, including leading the Red Devils to their famed treble win in the 1998-99 season.<\/p>\n

Rio Ferdinand<\/a> is widely regarded as one of the best Premier League defenders of all time and the Manchester United legend<\/a> enjoyed a prolific spell at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n

United broke the British record transfer fee at the time after Sir Alex Ferguson brought Rio Ferdinand to the Premier League club from Leeds United in 2002.<\/p>\n

The former TNT Sports pundit\u2019s career took another interesting turn at the Premier League club after United signed Nemanja Vidic from Spartak Moscow in 2006.<\/p>\n
