It&#8217;s customizable, tasty and may even help reduce inflammation. Here&#8217;s what she had to say about her go-to cold dessert.\n<\/p>\n<p>  Making Valerie&#8217;s Chia Pudding  <\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_9-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> &#8220;I made chia pudding for my treat for the day,&#8221; Bertinelli said. &#8220;And it&#8217;s really easy: you take 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and a half a cup of liquid.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_11-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> <a class=\"recommendation-inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eatingwell.com\/chia-seeds-benefits-11705262\" link-destination-recommendation=\"true\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chia seeds<\/a> have plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and protein.
