Thailand’s Trichat Cheenglab holds a three-shot lead heading into the final round of the Open de Espana in Andalucia with Ireland\u2019s Anna Foster falling outside the top 30 after a third-round 74.<\/p>\n

After opening with five pars, Foster\u2019s final 13 holes included five bogeys and three birdies as she fell to two-under par, 13 shots off Cheenglab.<\/p>\n

Lauren Walsh sits on one-under par after also shooting a 74 \u2013 a triple bogey on the seventh ruining her card – while Sara Byrne, who started on the 10th, was also over par for the day as her 73 saw her fall to one-over par overall.<\/p>\n

Cheenglab was only able to go level par around the course, but she still holds that three-shot lead at Real Guadalhorce Club de Golf in Malaga.<\/p>\n

Cheenglab, who won the 2023 LET Order of Merit and Rookie of the Year titles, is aiming to win her second LET title tomorrow.<\/p>\n

France\u2019s Perrine Delacour sits in solo second place on 12-under par after a round of 66 to put herself into contention ahead of the final day.<\/p>\n

“Today I was good. Mentally, I was pretty good, I hit the ball pretty good and I made a lot of putts which helps,” said Delacour.<\/p>\n

France\u2019s Nastasia Nadaud is in third place two shots further back on 10-under.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old had six birdies and three bogeys on her scorecard to leave her five shots behind leader Cheenglab at the 54-hole mark.<\/p>\n

“I was really looking forward to this week. I love Spain, obviously. I\u2019m trying to soak it all in and enjoy the moment.”<\/p>\n
