Picture: Google<\/p>\n<p>The force said: \u201cFollowing a dispute over a parking space, he allegedly made threatening comments and punched the victim\u2019s windscreen causing it to smash.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The man is described as being in his 60s and around 5ft7in.
