\n She added: \u201cThere\u2019s no sugar coating it, co-parenting (I hate calling it this) is s**t. It\u2019s really hard and I hate it. This year is their dad\u2019s year to have the children on Christmas Day as we live so far away from each other.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
\n Helen plans to spend the day with her parents and later with her best friend, who also co-parents. \u201cI\u2019ve planned a Christmas where I will have fun and I will be busy, especially with panto,\u201d she said.\n<\/p>\n
\n Her heartfelt message to others: \u201cSending love to anyone that finds this time hard \u2013 those missing loved ones, those whose loved ones are unwell, and those with complicated family situations.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
