The pair first met on the programme in 2010, when he was co-presenting the spin-off show and Solomon was crowned \u201cQueen of the Jungle\u201d. They began dating in 2016 and married on July 24, 2022.<\/p>\n
In a candid interview with Good Housekeeping UK, the television presenter dismissed the idea of picture-perfect relationships as unrealistic.<\/p>\n
\u201cHow can you not fall out with your husband? That’s a pipe dream!\u201d she told the magazine.<\/p>\n
The 36-year-old explained that arguments actually strengthen their partnership, adding: \u201cThe best thing to do in a relationship is fall out! Have that argument, say it out loud, communicate.<\/p>\n
\u201cMe and Joe love a good row \u2013 we’ll be fuming with each other, then we can laugh and get over it.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked about claims they sometimes sleep separately, Solomon confirmed it, explaining that she goes to bed at 9pm while her husband often stays up until 1am.<\/p>\n
\u201cWho cares? Marriage is just a construct and I’ll interpret it in a way that suits me and my family, thank you very much,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The couple share three children, Rex, Rose and Belle, while Ms Solomon is also mother to sons Zachary and Leighton from previous relationships.<\/p>\n

Despite admitting there are times when they \u201ccan\u2019t even look at each other,\u201d Solomon insisted the pair remain aligned in their values.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have the same morals and values, so even if we do have a couple of months of, \u2018F****** hell, I can’t even look at you right now,\u2019 we’ll eventually remember why we got together in the first place,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Solomon also addressed persistent assumptions about her intelligence, which she believes are based on class and appearance.<\/p>\n
\u201cI come from Dagenham and I’ve still got the accent. I didn’t have a private education. I’m blonde. I’m of a happy disposition most of the time. Those characteristics label me as stupid,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n
Rather than being frustrated, she now uses it strategically. \u201cIt used to make me angry, but now I use it to my advantage. If I’m underestimated, I can only impress people.\u201d<\/p>\n
The presenter added that much of her success has come through perseverance. \u201cThe truth is that most of the time I’m just winging it and faking it till I make it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Discussing her industry experience, Solomon was frank about the realities facing women in television.<\/p>\n

Ms Solomon acknowledged she still experiences anxiety, particularly when she feels out of control. <\/p>\n
“I think I’ll always have moments of anxiety, but 1764855967 I’m much better at being able to feel in control,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Her career has been lucrative, with reports in April stating around \u00a39.7million in her company accounts through TV work, endorsements and other business ventures.<\/p>\n
The star has faced intense scrutiny recently, including a tabloid article branding her a \u201cdiva brat\u201d and \u201cruthless.\u201d According to Heat Magazine, the constant negativity has taken a toll.<\/p>\n
“Ms Solomon feels like the amount of negativity she receives is getting stupid. If she didn’t laugh about it, she’d probably never stop crying,\u201d one insider claimed, adding that critics are \u201cprojecting\u201d because she makes a convenient target.<\/p>\n
Despite the pressure, those close to her insist she remains tough. \u201cStacey hasn’t got to where she is today because she’s a pushover,\u201d the source said. <\/p>\n
