I’ve been trying to run a 5k in under 30 minutes since 2020 and I finally managed it at the end of last year thanks to the coaching on the Coros Pace 3.<\/p>\n

There isn’t a huge discount available on the watch (Coros rarely discounts its items heavily) but this is the cheapest it will drop to.<\/p>\n

Wearing the watch for several months taught me all about pacing, recovery and how drastically sleep and illness can impact performance.<\/p>\n
