Scroll down for a full look at the first teaser poster.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDirected by Tom Harper, the <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/steven-knight\/\" id=\"auto-tag_steven-knight\" data-tag=\"steven-knight\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Steven Knight<\/a>-penned film stars Oscar winner <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/cillian-murphy\/\" id=\"auto-tag_cillian-murphy\" data-tag=\"cillian-murphy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cillian Murphy<\/a> in a return to the iconic role of Tommy Shelby, whom he played on the BAFTA-winning drama series from 2013-2022. Also starring are Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Sophie Rundle, Barry Keoghan, Stephen Graham and Jay Lycurgo. Along with Murphy, Rundle and Graham, other series alums in the cast include Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee and Ian Peck.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe logline reads: \u201cBirmingham, 1940. Amidst the chaos of WWII, Tommy Shelby is driven back from a self-imposed exile to face his most destructive reckoning yet. With the future of the family and the country at stake, Tommy must face his own demons, and choose whether to confront his legacy, or burn it to the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tCreated and written by Knight, the original Peaky Blinders series became a global phenomenon. The gangster drama began airing on BBC Two in the UK in 2013, and debuted on Netflix a year later. It won the BAFTA for Best Drama Series for its fourth season and moved to BBC One in 2019 for its fifth and sixth seasons.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn October, we reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/10\/peaky-blinders-sequel-series-netflix-bbc-1236568444\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Peaky will return to television<\/a> in the form of two new six-part sequel series, by the order of Netflix and the BBC. Murphy is an executive producer, as is Knight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe sequels will follow on from the feature and take place beginning in 1953.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tProducers on The Immortal Man are Guy Heeley, Murphy, Knight and Patrick Holland.
