Two-time Giro d\u2019Italia<\/a> champion Vincenzo Nibali<\/a> took Tadej Poga\u010dar\u2019s suggestion of swapping<\/a> the Giro and Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a<\/a> a step further, proposing a rotation system for all three Grand Tours, the Giro, the Vuelta, and the Tour de France, in an interview with Marca<\/a>.<\/p>\n
