\n Comedian, broadcaster and TV personality Alan Carr is best known for his comedy chat show ‘Alan Carr: Chatty Man’ and appearances on shows such as ‘8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.’\n<\/p>\n
\n In the summer of 2025, Carr became labelled a “certified national treasure” by The Times when he appeared on season one of the hit BBC show ‘Celebrity Traitors’ and deceived other traitors as a giggly, happy-go-lucky assassin.\n<\/p>\n
\n The comedian went on to win the show, and was declared the “best and worst traitor we’ve ever had” by national newspapers.\n<\/p>\n
\n Now, Alan Carr is swapping the Traitor’s castle for the Swindon stage, as he prepares to perform at the Wyvern Theatre in his new comedy\/chat show tour ‘Alan Carr: Have I Said Too Much’.\n<\/p>\n

\n Although the tour won’t reach Swindon until January 2027, thousands of Swindon fans have already flocked to the Trafalgar Tickets website to secure their spot.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I got tickets after waiting in the queue of 3400 people,” one fan said.\n<\/p>\n
\n Another local resident told the Adver they were number 5500 in the virtual queue.\n<\/p>\n
\n Carr will perform in Swindon for three nights in a row, from Tuesday, January 19, to Thursday, January 21, 2027. Audiences have been told to expect tales of dipping into the dating pool, navigating showbiz green rooms and even some stories from the Traitor\u2019s turret.\n<\/p>\n

\n A spokesperson for the Wyvern Theatre said: “With a big mouth and a talent for oversharing, Alan\u2019s ready to dish some drama.”\n<\/p>\n
\n It will be the fifth tour from the comedian, following on from Tooth Fairy<\/a> ( 2007<\/a> ), Spexy Beast ( 2011<\/a> ), Yap, Yap, Yap! ( 2015<\/a> ) and Regional Trinket<\/a> ( 2021<\/a> ) – all of which went on to become DVD releases and TV stand-up specials.\n<\/p>\n \n Nearly 100 dates have been announced for his new tour which will launch on January 14, 2027, in Bromley and continue until December 4, 2027, in Bradford.\n<\/p>\n \n Carr will perform at The Wyvern Theatre in Swindon (Image: Newsquest)\n<\/p>\n
