Bobby Deol marked what would have been Dharmendra\u2019s 90th birthday with a deeply personal note, remembering the legendary actor less as a screen icon and more as a father whose presence shaped the lives of everyone around him. Dharmendra passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 89 in Mumbai, just days before the milestone.<\/p>\n

On Dharmendra\u2019s 90th birth anniversary, Bobby Deol recalls his father as his first hero: \u201cHe-Man ho aap sab ke\u201d<\/p>\n

Sharing a photo of the two of them, Bobby wrote a long heartfelt message in Hindi, addressing his father as both \u201cMere Pyaare Papa\u201d and \u201cHamare Pyaare Dharam.\u201d He thanked Dharmendra for the unwavering love he gave his family and for standing by them through every joy and every hardship. Bobby reminisced about the countless moments where Dharmendra offered strength and guidance, adding that only \u201cour Dharam\u201d could support people the way he did.<\/p>\n

He also highlighted his father\u2019s rise to stardom, crediting him for taking everyone along with him while never letting go of anyone\u2019s hand. From Punjab\u2019s Sahnewal to the national stage, Bobby wrote, Dharmendra carried every identity with pride. Calling him \u201cHe-Man\u201d for the world but \u201chero\u201d since childhood for him, Bobby reflected on the values he and his siblings inherited from their father\u2014dreaming big, trusting oneself, and living with compassion.<\/p>\n

\u201cDil ho to aapke jaisa\u2026 Insaan bano to aapke jaisa,\u201d he wrote, ending the note with: \u201cProud to be yours. Happy Birthday, my precious Papa. Love you forever and always.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sunny Deol reacted to the post with red heart emojis, while fans joined in remembering the veteran star. Earlier in the day, Esha Deol also shared an emotional message for her father. A day prior, during the Bigg Boss 19 finale, Salman Khan paid tribute to Dharmendra, recalling his warmth and long-standing bond with the industry.<\/p>\n
