Nancy is getting the same treatment<\/a> following his move from Columbus Crew in the MLS, and Celtic\u2019s defeat to Hearts<\/a> on Sunday. <\/p>\n Criticism is fine. Use the comment button on the bottom left to have your say <\/p>\n Nancy\u2019s quotes after Celtic\u2019s loss to Hearts<\/a> have not just been taken out of context, but they have been verbally slammed from pillar to post.<\/p>\n Speaking on the No Tippy Tappy Podcast, Allardyce reacted to Nancy stating, \u2018I am not about losing or winning. It\u2019s about having a good performance.\u2019 <\/p>\n The experienced English coach proceeded to disrespect the Frenchman by calling him a \u2018school teacher\u2019, and then moaning about \u2018sophisticated coaching.\u2019 <\/p>\n The point Nancy was trying to make was that he understands winning is the most important, but given that he just walked through the doors, there were positives to take from Celtic\u2019s defeat to Hearts<\/a>, including how the champions of Scotland<\/a> should have been 2-0 up inside 20 minutes. Repeat that, and in the long run, the wins will come regularly.<\/p>\n But clearly, others saw it a different way. <\/p>\n Natalie Pike: \u201cSam, I am just going to look at your face just as I say this quote. Quote after the game from Nancy. \u2018I am not about losing or winning. It\u2019s about having a good performance.’\u201d<\/p>\n Allardyce: \u201cOh God no, sounds like a school teacher. Probably is a school teacher somewhere, you know what I mean. <\/p>\n \u201cMy God. What have they done Celtic there? Well, I suppose only time will tell. Martin (O\u2019Neill) is a man-manager. Martin looks at the whole situation, and he manages on and off the field. He\u2019s not really interested in coaching. He will get somebody else in to do that. <\/p>\n \u201cBut he knows what he can do. He knows how he can get into people\u2019s psyche. He\u2019s a Brian Clough <\/p>\n \u201cThere is hardly any room for them when they talk about \u2018the sophisticated coaching.\u2019 Is coaching sophisticated?
