The prologue will first be attached to IMAX 70mm screenings of both \u201cSinners\u201d and \u201cOne Battle After Another\u201d this coming Friday according to <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2025\/film\/box-office\/the-odyssey-prologue-theaters-imax-screenings-1236604700\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Variety<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Then, a more regular trailer for \u201cThe Odyssey\u201d will play ahead of all \u201cAvatar: Fire and Ash\u201d screenings on December 19th, while the prologue will continue to run exclusively before IMAX screenings of \u201cAvatar: Fire and Ash\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nolan released the first teaser for the film back in July, that brief \u2018year out\u2019 trailer was exclusive to cinemas and never officially released online.  The prologue isn\u2019t expected to go online, but the regular trailer will be \u2013 though it\u2019s unclear if that will be sometime next week before it hits cinemas, or a few days after.<\/p>\n<p>Also confirmed is that the upcoming \u2018year out\u2019 teaser trailer for \u201cAvengers: Doomsday,\u201d which will also be attached to \u201cAvatar: Fire and Ash,\u201d will clock in at 1min 25 secs long.<\/p>\n<p>That runtime was recently confirmed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/ors.kmrb.or.kr\/rating\/inquiry_mv_view.do?RCV_NO=2548809&amp;KIND=MVTRAIL&amp;GUBUN=N&amp;&amp;proc_state_code=onGoing&amp;mv_kind=MVTRAIL&amp;vd_kind=VD_DOM&amp;mv_use_title=%EC%96%B4%EB%B2%A4%EC%A0%B8%EC%8A%A4\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Korea Media Rating Board<\/a>.
