Chris Eubank Jr.<\/a>\u2018s boxing future is in doubt after the fighter shared some troubling updates following his last contest.<\/p>\n

That fight took place back in November and saw Eubank soundly beaten over 12 rounds by Conor Benn<\/a>, including being put down twice.<\/p>\n

It was a complete reverse of what happened in the first fight back in April when it was Eubank who used his size advantage and greater experience to pull away for a unanimous points win over his long-time rival.<\/p>\n

Many suspect that making the weight of 160lbs and then sticking to the 10lbs rehydration limit on the morning of the fight was too much to ask for a fighter who is 36 and is more than 10 years into his professional career.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Boxing King Media<\/a>, Eubank\u2019s manager Napper was asked about a video Eubank shared of him in hospital.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat exactly is wrong with him\u2026 Chris don\u2019t want it to go to the public, he\u2019s told [promoter Ben] Shalom make sure you don\u2019t say what the issue is. He decided to take the fight cause at the end of the day, you win, nobody talks about it, you lose, no excuses.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo yeah he weren\u2019t at 100% but let me tell you, the same issues he had he had in the first fight, but it didn\u2019t affect him as much. But he believed he had enough to still get the W.\u201d<\/p>\n

He was then asked about Eubank\u2019s long-term prognosis.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re at the stage now where if he doesn\u2019t make a full recovery, yeah, he will cut his career short.\u201d<\/p>\n
