\n Stanfield Nursing Home (Holdings) Ltd, based in Rushwick, Worcester, has been sold to PH Care Group, bringing the buyer\u2019s total portfolio to eight homes.\n<\/p>\n
\n The sale was arranged by Paul Reilly of Christie & Co through a confidential process, with funding sourced by Alena Ray of Christie Finance.\n<\/p>\n
\n Kim Rogerson, principal at PH Care Group, said: “We are delighted to officially welcome Stanfield Nursing Home to the PH Care Group family.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Stanfield has an incredible 32-year legacy, shaped by the previous owners\u2019 dedication, vision, and unwavering commitment to outstanding, person-centred care.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It\u2019s an honour to be trusted with carrying that legacy forward.\n<\/p>\n
\n “This acquisition marks a proud moment in our growth journey as we expand to eight homes, but above all, it strengthens our mission \u2013 putting people at the heart of everything we do.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Stanfield Nursing Home is registered for up to 41 residents and operates from a converted period property with modern extensions.\n<\/p>\n
\n Mr Reilly said: “This was a highly confidential process of an exceptionally well-run care operation offering the highest person-centred care in a lovely environment.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It continues to show the strength of the sector and the continued support of banks investing in healthcare.”\n<\/p>\n
