\"Keche <\/a>Keche Joshua is a member of the popular Keche music group<\/p>\n

Joshua, a member of the music group Keche, has revealed that the duo deliberately rebranded themselves as a business entity to ensure longevity and unity, despite personal differences between the two members.<\/p>\n

Speaking in an interview on Joy Prime on December 12, 2025, Keche Joshua said the decision was inspired by the collapse of several music groups they started their careers with.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are other music groups that we started with, but they\u2019re no longer working together. They were solid groups and were doing so well until they fell out,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n

He explained that many of these groups enjoyed massive success, delivered thrilling performances, had strong on-stage chemistry, and produced hit songs, but eventually disbanded due to internal conflicts.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe group thing became the highlight. When they went on stage to perform, their energy was crazy and they had hit songs, but all of a sudden, we don\u2019t know what happened,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

According to Joshua, these experiences motivated him to have an honest conversation with his partner, Andrew, about the future of Keche and the need to set an example for upcoming music groups.<\/p>\n

\u201cI told Andrew that we need to make a mark and inspire the new generation of groups coming up. They should look at Keche and believe they can also work together for decades,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n

He noted that they both acknowledged disagreements were inevitable but agreed not to allow personal issues to destroy the brand they had built.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s actually a big task because I will hurt Andrew along the line, and he will also hurt me. We had to understand that we were going to hurt each other, but we shouldn\u2019t let that affect the work,\u201d Joshua explained.<\/p>\n

He further disclosed that there were periods when they performed together despite not being on speaking terms off stage.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere have been times when we were performing on stage but were not on talking terms for about a month,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

To safeguard the group, Joshua said they intentionally positioned Keche as a corporate brand rather than just a music group.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have positioned Keche as a company that has employed Joshua and Andrew. If we are having our differences, it shouldn\u2019t affect the name Keche,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
