Mohamed Salah\u2019s future at Liverpool remains up in the air following his high-profile dispute at Anfield.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Salah<\/a> hit the headlines following his controversial comments in an interview after Liverpool\u2019s 3-3 draw with Leeds United<\/a> on 6 December. <\/p>\n Salah admitted he has no relationship with Arne Slot<\/a> after he was named on the bench for a third match in a row. <\/p>\n Football Insider revealed on 7 December Saudi Pro League sides are expected to make offers to sign Salah<\/a> in the January transfer window. <\/p>\n Former Man City<\/a> financial adviser Stefan Borson<\/a> exclusively told Football Insider Liverpool<\/a> were probably planning to sell Salah next summer, so him leaving in January is just moving the transfer forward six months. <\/p>\n Salah signed a new two-year contract at Liverpool<\/a> in April, extending his deal at Anfield until June 2027. <\/p>\n Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Borson said: \u201cI think he almost certainly will end up in Saudi Arabia during January. To be honest with you, I don\u2019t think it\u2019s a bad outcome for Liverpool. <\/p>\n MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES<\/p>\n \u201cYes, of course, it\u2019s Mo Salah and he\u2019s been an amazing player for them for eight years. They were probably borderline in the summer as to whether to give him the contract or whether just to call it quits. <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s similar in a way to City and Kevin De Bruyne probably, although Salah has looked in better shape maybe than Kevin De Bruyne.
