{"id":317849,"date":"2025-12-15T21:19:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T21:19:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/317849\/"},"modified":"2025-12-15T21:19:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T21:19:09","slug":"fallout-season-2-release-coming-one-day-earlier-prime-video-says","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/317849\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Fallout&#8217; Season 2 Release Coming One Day Earlier, Prime Video Says"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe second season of <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/prime-video\/\" id=\"auto-tag_prime-video\" data-tag=\"prime-video\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Prime Video<\/a>\u2018s apocalyptic series <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/fallout\/\" id=\"auto-tag_fallout\" data-tag=\"fallout\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fallout<\/a> will now be released Tuesday, December 16 at 6 p.m. PT, a day earlier than previously announced.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe eight-episode series will still continue with one episode rolling out weekly until the season finale February 4.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe news of the early release came via a reveal on the Sphere in Las Vegas; the second season of the Emmy-winning drama series partly takes place in the post-apocalyptic \u201cNew Vegas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe series, based on the Bethesda Game Studios video game,\u00a0is set 200 hundred years after the apocalypse, where the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind \u2014 and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tElla Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, Kyle MacLachlan, Mois\u00e9s Arias and Frances Turner star in the series that Amazon MGM Studios and Kilter Films produce in association with Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Executive producers Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy and Athena Wickham. Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner are executive producers, creators and showrunners. Todd Howard executive produces along with James Altman for Bethesda Softworks.
