We would like to thank the community for their support and kind tributes to him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;It has brought us comfort at this difficult time. We ask for privacy as we continue to come to terms with what has happened.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Police urged anyone with further information about the incident to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scotland.police.uk\/contact-us\/\" class=\"ssrcss-f6h2dj-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">contact them, external<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Det Insp Caroline MacKay said: &#8220;Our thoughts remain with Iain&#8217;s family and friends.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;We have specially trained officers supporting them at what is a very difficult time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;I&#8217;d like to thank the local community for the support and patience shown while inquiries were conducted in and around the area.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"They said: &#8220;We are devastated by the death of Iain.
