Some Pixel owners today are getting a new December 2025 update today after installing the initial release (Android 16 QPR2<\/a>) at the start of this month.<\/p>\n This OTA comes in at around 25 MB, with reports<\/a> from owners of the Pixel 8, 9, and 10 series.\u00a0Verizon appears to be a commonality, though there are reports from the UK.<\/p>\n However, this is not widely available as of Wednesday afternoon (PT), and it\u2019s unclear if all users\/carriers will receive this update.<\/p>\n Compared to the last out-of-cycle update in October<\/a>, this might be a more limited patch.
