Once applied, you should find less input latency, which has been a big problem since launch.<\/p>\n<p>The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim was found to be a bit of a mixed bag on Nintendo Switch 2 following its recent shadowdrop launch. While the release brings the visuals in line with the PlayStation 5 version, input lag was severe. The delay wasn\u2019t speculator on Nintendo Switch, but on Switch 2, it was significantly worse. However, following today\u2019s update, player reports indicate that input latency has now been greatly improved.<\/p>\n<p>With that addressed, the main disappointment with The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim on Nintendo Switch 2 will continue to be the game\u2019s frame rate. Just like on the original Nintendo Switch, it\u2019s locked to 30 FPS. That\u2019s in contrast to the PS5 version which tends to stick at 60.<\/p>\n<p>The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is out now on Nintendo Switch 2 via the eShop.
