\n\t\tGrab a pre-Christmas bargain (Sony Interactive Entertainment)<\/p>\n

Sony<\/a> has kicked off the PlayStation Store January sale early for PlayStation Plus<\/a> subscribers, with big discounts on Forza Horizon 5 and Battlefield 6.<\/p>\n

Christmas<\/a> hasn\u2019t even happened yet but bargain chasers will be thinking about the January sales already, especially those disappointed by last month\u2019s Black Friday line-up.<\/p>\n

The PlayStation Store has sales running all the time, but the one in January is usually better than the average. This year\u2019s one is expected to start later this month, but if you\u2019re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, Sony has kicked off the discounts already.<\/p>\n

So what\u2019s on offer? Mortal Kombat 1<\/a> is hard to resist at the cheap price of \u00a38.99. However, if you prefer Tekken<\/a>, the latest title in the series is only \u00a319.99.<\/p>\n

Forza Horizon 5<\/a>, which made the jump from Xbox<\/a> to PlayStation 5<\/a> this year, has dropped to \u00a332.99, which is a great price for one of the best racing games out there. Battlefield 6<\/a> is 30% off, while Star Wars Outlaws<\/a> continues to be temptingly cheap at \u00a320.99.<\/p>\n

As for what games are slated for next year, January looks reasonably quiet for PlayStation 5 owners, between MIO: Memories In Orbit and Highguard, but February is absolutely stacked, with Nioh 3, Renimal, Resident Evil Requiem<\/a>, Yakuza Kiwami 3<\/a>, and Romeo Is A Dead Man.<\/p>\n

PlayStation\u2019s first party big hitters are set to come later in the year, with Saros and Marvel\u2019s Wolverine set for April and autumn, respectively.<\/p>\n
