The wonder and joys of Christmas has seemingly failed to soften the heart of wicked Becky Swain<\/a>\u00a0(Amy Cudden<\/a>), who\u2019s feud with equally shady D.I Costello (Daon Broni)<\/a> could come to an incredibly sticky end in the back of an ambulance, while Theo Silverton<\/a>\u00a0(James Cartwright<\/a>) ensures Todd Grimshaw<\/a>\u00a0(Gareth Pierce<\/a>)\u00a0will be hard at work on Christmas day.<\/p>\n At appears Santa forgot to drop a \u2018truce\u2019 off for Maggie Driscoll<\/a>\u00a0(Pauline McLynn<\/a>) and Eva Price<\/a>\u00a0(Catherine Tyldesley<\/a>) as their claws remain out on Christmas day as sick predator Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon) makes herself at home, while there\u2019s trouble brewing between Carl<\/a>\u00a0(Jonathan Howard<\/a>) and Abi Webster<\/a>\u00a0(Sally Carman-Duttine<\/a>)<\/p>\n Of course, you\u2019ll want a little appetiser before you dive into the festive drama, won\u2019t you? Flashing a devious smile, and Lisa\u2019s police badge, she convinces Sienna that she\u2019s there as a representative of the force, who are deeply concerned about poor Costello\u2019s well being.<\/p>\n Out of earshot, Becky drops the grin and asks Costello if he\u2019s happy to see her. Judging by the terror in his eyes, we wouldn\u2019t put money on it. She\u2019s scuppered, however, when James arrives and, while talking to Abi, she pays close attention to the necklace he\u2019s wearing.<\/p>\n Though she shakes herself out of it, it\u2019s clear that the necklace has triggered something in her.
