The Chief Executive Officer of Sohcahtoa Innovative Limited, Mrs Solape Fayemi, has urged women to live more intentionally while embracing wholeness and purpose in their personal and professional lives.\n<\/p>\n
She made the call during the official launch of her new book, \u201cGolden and Grounded: A Purposeful Woman\u2019s Guide to Living Fully, Wholly, and Joyfully,\u201d held over the weekend.\n<\/p>\n
Speaking at the launch, Fayemi said the book was written to serve as a guide for women navigating the complexities of career, family, faith, and personal calling without losing themselves.\n<\/p>\n
According to her, \u201cGolden and Grounded\u201d challenges the growing societal pressure on women to strive for perfection, urging them instead to embrace the present and lead from a place of rest and identity.<\/p>\n
\u200e\u201cI wrote this book to remind us that it is possible to shine brightly in our pursuits without losing touch with what truly matters\u2014our integrity, our faith, our peace.\u200e\n<\/p>\n
\u200e\u201cYou don\u2019t have to choose between your calling and your calm,\u201d she said.\u200e <\/p>\n
\u200eFayemi explained that the book stemmed from her lived experiences as a wife, mother, business executive, mentor, and woman of faith.<\/p>\n
Through honest storytelling and practical reflections, she encouraged women to release regret, create healthy boundaries, and stop viewing themselves as broken or insufficient.\n<\/p>\n
\u200e\u201cWomen are not behind, broken, or too much\u2014they are golden, grounded, and enough,\u201d she said.\n<\/p>\n
\u200eThe event also featured a panel session with some female leaders, including the Chief Executive Officer of Five28, Mrs Funto Ibuoye; Visionary Leader of Diamond Pearls Network, Mrs Kome Nwoko; Chief Executive Officer of GazMadu Ltd, Mrs Yagazie Eguare; Parenting Coach and Founder of Winning in Parenting, Mrs Sandra Oluwadare; and founder of Relive Housing, Mrs Mojisola Afolayan.\n<\/p>\n
