{"id":327954,"date":"2025-12-21T10:11:04","date_gmt":"2025-12-21T10:11:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/327954\/"},"modified":"2025-12-21T10:11:04","modified_gmt":"2025-12-21T10:11:04","slug":"strictly-come-dancing-presenters-tess-and-claudia-say-goodbye-to-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/327954\/","title":{"rendered":"Strictly Come Dancing: Presenters Tess and Claudia say goodbye to show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Warning: video contains spoilers of Strictly Come Dancing 2025 winners. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Strictly Come Dancing presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman have said goodbye to the show after hosting it for the final time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">&#8220;It&#8217;s been such an honour and an absolute pleasure sharing this with you,&#8221; said Daly as she hugged a teary Winkleman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The presenters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/articles\/cz0x1lr7j92o\" class=\"ssrcss-f6h2dj-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced in October that the 2025 edition would be their last<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Tess has presented the show since it started 21 years ago, while Claudia joined in 2014, following a decade hosting Strictly&#8217;s sister show, It Takes Two.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Their successors have not been announced yet, but the duo will be back for the Christmas special.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Warning: video contains spoilers of Strictly Come Dancing 2025 winners.
