\n\t\u201cMighty Ducks\u201d star Shaun Weiss posted on social media Monday that he is offering help to Tylor Chase, a former child actor who appeared on the Nickelodeon series \u201cNed\u2019s Declassified School Survival Guide.\u201d Chase recently went viral after a social media video<\/a> showed him homeless and living on the streets of Riverside, Calif. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI have received many messages about [Tylor Chase],\u201d Weiss said in a video shared to his Instagram<\/a>. \u201cI reached out to some friends of mine, and we have a bed for him at a detox, and we have a place for him to go and get long-term treatment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWeiss added, \u201cAll we need to do now is find him. I\u2019m not in Los Angeles, or I would go look for him myself.\u201d He noted that if anyone can \u201cget a face-to-face\u201d with Chase, \u201cplease DM me so we can get him some help in time for the holiday.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tChase played Martin Qwerly, a talkative and intelligent middle school student, on \u201cNed\u2019s Declassified School Survival Guide\u201d throughout the show\u2019s three-season run. His other credits include an appearance on \u201cEverybody Hates Chris\u201d and a role in the 2007 indie film \u201cGood Time Max,\u201d starring James Franco.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the viral video of Chase, the person recording asks if he was on Disney Channel, to which the former child actor clarifies that he was on Nickelodeon. When asked the name of the show, he responds, \u201c\u2018Ned\u2019s Declassified School Survival Guide.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWeiss is best known for portraying goalie Greg Goldberg in the 1992 film \u201cThe Mighty Ducks<\/a>,\u201d along with its sequels \u201cD2: The Mighty Ducks\u201d and \u201cD3: The Mighty Ducks.\u201d He has been open about his sobriety journey, including sharing in 2022<\/a> that he celebrated his two-year anniversary of sobriety, writing the caption, \u201cRecovery is possible.\u201d<\/p>\n
