{"id":333311,"date":"2025-12-24T13:31:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-24T13:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/333311\/"},"modified":"2025-12-24T13:31:08","modified_gmt":"2025-12-24T13:31:08","slug":"singapore-to-terminate-ez-link-app-on-jan-8-integrated-into-simplygo-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/333311\/","title":{"rendered":"Singapore to terminate EZ-Link app on Jan 8, integrated into SimplyGo app"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SINGAPORE: The EZ-Link application, commonly used for public transportation, will be discontinued on Jan 8, 2026, as its features have been integrated into the SimplyGo application.<\/p>\n<p>In an e-mail sent to users on Dec 23, SimplyGo said that EZ-Link app users will need to download the SimplyGo app, login with their EZ-Link account details and perform a one-time account synchronisation.<\/p>\n<p>This process allows users\u2019 account profiles and cards to be migrated to SimplyGo.<\/p>\n<p>Users who do not sync their EZ-Link account to the SimplyGo app will not have their account deleted.
