{"id":333759,"date":"2025-12-24T19:18:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-24T19:18:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/333759\/"},"modified":"2025-12-24T19:18:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-24T19:18:07","slug":"love-island-star-lana-jenkins-joins-creator-agency-nao-talent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/333759\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;Love Island&#8217; Star Lana Jenkins Joins Creator Agency NAO Talent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tEXCLUSIVE: Love Island star <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/lana-jenkins\/\" id=\"auto-tag_lana-jenkins\" data-tag=\"lana-jenkins\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lana Jenkins<\/a> has signed with emerging creator agency <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/nao-talent\/\" id=\"auto-tag_nao-talent\" data-tag=\"nao-talent\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NAO Talent<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe TV personality and an industry make-up artist is known for her role in the winter season of ITV2\u2019s Love Island Season 9 in the UK, where she ultimately ended up as a runner-up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSince then, she has returned to make-up artist work on TV productions such as Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, BBC drama The Responder and Sky comedy Brassic, and continued building her social media profile, with more than 700,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tHer content usually follows her sharing make-up videos, lifestyle updates and insights into life on set. She also launched an interview podcast, In the Makeup Chair, which features conversions with guests about beauty, business and behind-the-scenes life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tHer new agency, NAO Talent, was quietly set up in September 2025 by creator-manager duo Amelia Olivia and Niamh Plunkett. They formed the business out of Olivia\u2019s own creator career, after identifying a gap in the market for a management company that approaches careers and dealmaking from both a creator and commercial perspective.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tOlivia is a well-established content creator who also began her career in the beauty industry. She has grown a community of more than 1.5 million subscribers across platforms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cNAO Talent really was born out of our own lived experience,\u201d Olivia told Deadline. \u201cAs my career as a creator grew, my manager Niamh and I realised that creators are effectively building full-scale businesses, but most structures were still treating them like short-term marketing channels. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cWe\u2019d gone from small gifting deals to global partnerships and billboards and it became clear that what moved the needle wasn\u2019t luck, it was strategy, alignment and having someone in your corner who genuinely understands the creative and commercial sides of this industry. We launched NAO Talent together because there was a real gap for creator-first management that helps talent build sustainable, fulfilling careers \u2013 not just chase the next campaign.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tNAO\u2019s co-founders believe the <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/creator-economy\/\" id=\"auto-tag_creator-economy\" data-tag=\"creator-economy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">creator economy<\/a> has evolved to the point they need proper infrastructure and well-being support to handle their newly-found fame. \u201cYoung creators are now founders, storytellers and cultural voices, but they\u2019re often navigating brand deals, pricing, legal, creative direction and community management alone,\u201d said Plunkett.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tWe hear NAO plans to unveil several new talent signings in early 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cWe\u2019re interested in building careers,\u201d added Olivia. \u201cThat means thoughtful partnerships, long-term ambassadorships, creative collaborations and brand work that makes sense for the talent and their audience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cWe\u2019re also intentional about helping creators build equity and IP \u2013 whether that\u2019s through product, media, licensing or other IP-driven opportunities. There\u2019s a huge shift happening where creators aren\u2019t just promoting brands, they\u2019re co-creating them, and we want our talent to be at the forefront of that. Ultimately, we prioritise deals that feel aligned, strategic and sustainable \u2013 where creators are seen as partners with perspective, not just content producers with reach.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tCreator-focused agencies are popping in numbers as the industry evolves, with more and more stars who broken through on television shows signing with the newer companies or traditional agencies such as Curtis Brown, CAA or United Agents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cAt the core of it, we just wanted to take everything we\u2019d learned \u2013 the wins, the mistakes, the messy middle \u2013 and use it to help other creators\u2019 build incredible careers that they\u2019re proud of, from real, lived experience,\u201d said Olivia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"EXCLUSIVE: Love Island star Lana Jenkins has signed with emerging creator agency NAO Talent.
