It\u2019s a Christmas<\/a> miracle! Abi (Sally Carman-Duttine) has finally figured out that Carl Webster<\/a> (Jonathan Howard<\/a>) is a dirtbag!<\/p>\n

At least that\u2019s what it looks like in this sneak-peak video clip.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s hard to feel sorry for Abi. Coronation Street viewers were fuming to see her embark on a steamy affair <\/a>with her husband Kevin Webster<\/a>\u2019s (Michael Le Vell) no good half-brother, and they were practically tearing their hair out when she actually decided to officially make a go of things philandering mechanic, giving poor Kev yet another reason to wear that trademark glower of his.<\/p>\n

Because let\u2019s face it. Carl\u2019s no catch. Not only is he taking advantage of his half-sister Debbie\u2019s (Sue Devaney<\/a>) dementia just to get his hands on her cash, but he was secretly responsible for the hit-and-run that left Tyrone Tobbs (Alan Halsall<\/a>) confined to a wheelchair. <\/p>\n

However, despite those shortcomings, you have to admire the man\u2019s time management skills \u2013 while he was having an affair with Abi, he was also doing the dirty<\/a> with James Bailey<\/a> (Jason Callender<\/a>). Where does he get the stamina? Betty\u2019s hotpots?<\/p>\n

Although James cooled things off with Carl once his affair with Abi was exposed, you can\u2019t keep a dirty dog down for long and they soon re-ignited things.<\/p>\n

Corrie Fans may have the Worst Webster pegged as a dirty rotten scoundrel, but Abi\u2019s been clinging to the delusion that she can play happy families with her new man and her son Alfie \u2013 even though Carl\u2019s not been particular keen to move in with them. <\/p>\n

But that delusion is set to come crashing down in this video clip of an upcoming episode, where Abi is being distinctly frosty with Carl because he\u2019s on Boxing Day.<\/p>\n

Once Carl\u2019s left, Abi has a run-in with James\u2019 brother Michael. And in a scene I\u2019m eighty percent sure they ripped off from Love Actually, she recognises the necklace he is wearing and it sows seeds of infidelity. <\/p>\n

Whilst Michael explains she and James got them as a Christmas present from their mum, Abi\u2019s mind whirs. She\u2019s seen that necklace somewhere before.<\/p>\n

Has she just rumbled Carl\u2019s affair?<\/p>\n
