Emergency services are at the scene of a rescue operation in Enniskillen.<\/p>\n

Firefighters were called to reports of a paraglider crash at the Lough Erne Hotel and Resort shortly before 1pm on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Four fire appliances, including the Specialist Rescue Team, are at the scene.<\/p>\n

On arrival, firefighters discovered a paraglider trapped on the roof of a hotel, where they deployed several ladders to reach the patient.<\/p>\n

Plans set to be submitted to move \u00a3100m restoration of old Bank of Ireland building in Belfast forward<\/p>\n

Lough Erne Resort released a statement saying: \u201cWe can confirm that Emergency Services are in attendance as a result of an incident in which a person believed to be flying a paraglider was in collision with the hotel property.<\/p>\n

\u201cApart from the immediate vicinity of the incident, the resort is operating normally and bookings are not affected.<\/p>\n

“Until the emergency services have completed their work, access to the resort will be restricted to resort guests and patrons of our restaurants.\u201d<\/p>\n
