Two major EastEnders<\/a> families have been torn apart following the events of Christmas<\/a> Day on Albert Square.<\/p>\n The Truemans face complete devastation after the loss of Anthony (Nicholas Bailey), who died amid a confrontation<\/a> with Zoe Slater<\/a> (Michelle Ryan<\/a>).<\/p>\n And with Zoe having handed herself in, the Slaters are also in turmoil as they rally to protect one of their own.<\/p>\n It\u2019s an extremely tough situation for all involved, particularly Patrick Trueman<\/a> (Rudolph Walker<\/a>), who said some incredibly hurtful things to his son during their final conversation.<\/p>\n In upcoming scenes, he is desperate for answers about the circumstances surrounding Anthony\u2019s death.<\/p>\n He questions the police on scene but gets nowhere, deciding instead to head to the station. Unfortunately, no one there can give him any information either, so he takes a final, desperate step.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t He pays Kat Slater<\/a> (Jessie Wallace<\/a>) a visit. <\/p>\n As he confronts her about Anthony\u2019s death, how will things play out?<\/p>\n As we\u2019ve seen already, Kat is pretty convinced that Zoe didn\u2019t kill Anthony<\/a>, and is being framed by Chrissie Watts (Tracy-Ann Oberman).<\/p>\n In Anthony\u2019s final minutes, he was embroiled in a fiery confrontation with Kat\u2019s eldest daughter over their own children, and when Zoe pushed him, he hit his head, before retaliating by smashing Zoe\u2019s head against the banister in the Vic.<\/p>\n Both ended up unconscious, but while Zoe woke up, Anthony wasn\u2019t so lucky.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t\t\tDon’t miss a Soaps scoop! She expresses her concerns that Chrissie could turn things around and frame Jasmine Fisher (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness), Zoe\u2019s biological daughter.<\/p>\n Viewers recently discovered that Chrissie had taken Jasmine under her wing and had her doing all the dirty work in her plot to torment Zoe<\/a>.<\/p>\n But having realised that Chrissie is not a very nice person, Jasmine stormed out, deciding to cut ties with her.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, as Zoe well knows, the only thing worse than having Chrissie as a friend, is having Chrissie as a foe\u2026<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t It seems as though Chrissie has dropped completely under the radar though, and Kat grows increasingly frustrated at being unable to track her down ahead of Zoe\u2019s trial.<\/p>\n Elsewhere, Jasmine is still coming to terms with all the changes in her life, but she decides to take a big step tell Oscar Branning (Pierre Counihan-Moullier<\/a>) who she really is.<\/p>\n He encourages her to speak to Patrick \u2013 her grandfather \u2013 but things don\u2019t exactly go to plan for them.<\/p>\n With tensions high between the Truemans and Slaters, is this the beginning of an ongoing feud between the two iconic families?<\/p>\n Arrow Arrow Arrow![\"TX](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/SEI_279017246-44b3.jpg\")
