Sarah Ferguson has suffered a new blow as her lifestyle brand, Ginger & Moss, has reported further debts to Companies House.<\/p>\n

The former Duchess of York, who is due to lose her Windsor home, Royal Lodge, hoped to sell teas, jewellery and china with the private firm.<\/p>\n

Accounts filed at Companies House show \u00a3363,000 in bills for Fergie, a \u00a3321,000 deficit in capital and reserves, and \u00a343,000 in assets.<\/p>\n

Its deficit for the year to March 2025 has increased from the \u00a3304,000 reported in 2024.<\/p>\n

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s ex-wife’s business is co-owned with Gate Ventures PLC, which went into administration six years ago, owing \u00a324million.<\/p>\n

The loan to Ginger & Moss is currently still outstanding, according to the latest insolvency report.<\/p>\n

Liquidators have reported: “Discussions have been ongoing during the review period in relation to the outstanding loan due from Ginger & Moss. <\/p>\n

“Liquidators remain hopeful of making a substantial recovery for the estate.”<\/p>\n

The news follows Sarah appearing numerous times in the release of the Epstein Files<\/a> last month.<\/p>\n

The former Duchess of York was photographed perched on a sofa and posing with individuals on a street in what appeared to be the US.<\/p>\n

However, the pictures do not show any wrongdoing, and being pictured or named in these files is not proof of any misconduct.<\/p>\n

One image taken on the street featured yellow traffic lights, and Fergie could be seen smiling with two unidentified people.<\/p>\n

In the images, she appeared to be wearing the same outfit, although it is unclear if the photographs were taken on the same day.<\/p>\n

Sarah was stripped of her titles alongside her former husband, who himself featured several times in the files.<\/p>\n

Her downfall followed the publication of a private email she wrote in 2011 to Epstein, calling him a “steadfast, generous and supreme friend”.<\/p>\n

The former duchess “apologised” to the paedophile financier for letting him down and explained she had been told to speak out if she wanted to hold onto her career as a children’s author.<\/p>\n
