Pok\u00e9mon Legends: Z-A<\/a> has announced Season 5 Ranked Battles are “coming soon”. This time round, when you reach Rank S, you’ll be able to claim a Sceptilite stone.<\/p>\n

This event will take place between 8th January 2026 and 29th January 2026. Players will also be able to earn a Baxcalibrite at Rank V, Chesnaughtite at Rank W, Delphoxite at Rank X, and Greninjite at Rank Y.<\/p>\n

Here are some additional details via the official announcement page:<\/p>\n

Pok\u00e9mon Levels between Lv. 1 and Lv. 100 are eligible and all Pok\u00e9mon are automatically set to Lv. 50 during battles.
\nLumiose Pok\u00e9dex No. 001-227 are eligible to participate and Hyperspace Pok\u00e9dex 00-127, and 132 are eligible to participate.
\nNo more than one Pok\u00e9mon with the same Pok\u00e9dex number may be used. Pok\u00e9mon are allowed to hold items and duplicate held items are not allowed. And the total time limit is 3 minutes.<\/p>\n

@Pillowpants<\/a> Yeah the ranking system is the complete alphabet so Rank S is only 8 ranks up. Despite our brains probably being hardwired at this point to assume that Rank S is the top rank you can ever achieve.<\/p>\n
