Andy Farrell has named the team that will take the field in the third and final Test of the Qatar Airways Lions Men\u2019s Series at the Accor Stadium, Sydney, on Saturday night. <\/p>\n
Saracens and England\u2019s Maro Itoje will lead out the side against the Wallabies and is partnered in the second row by Leinster Rugby and Ireland\u2019s James Ryan. <\/p>\n
In the front row the Leinster and Ireland trio of Andrew Porter, Dan Sheehan and Tadhg Furlong is retained with Furlong set to start his ninth consecutive Test match for the Lions.<\/p>\n
The backrow of Sale Sharks and England\u2019s Tom Curry at openside, Leinster and Ireland\u2019s Jack Conan at No.8 and Munster Rugby and Ireland\u2019s Tadhg Beirne at blindside is named to start their third consecutive Test.<\/p>\n
Leinster and Ireland\u2019s Jamison Gibson-Park and Bath Rugby and Scotland\u2019s Finn Russell are retained as the half-back pairing at scrum-half and fly-half respectively. <\/p>\n
Connacht Rugby and Ireland\u2019s Bundee Aki is again paired with Glasgow Warriors and Scotland\u2019s Huw Jones in midfield.<\/p>\n
And Toulouse and Scotland\u2019s Blair Kinghorn is introduced into the back three on the left wing alongside Northampton Saints and England\u2019s Tommy Freeman and Leinster and Ireland\u2019s full-back Hugo Keenan. <\/p>\n

The game kicks off at 11.00am BST\/ IST and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK and Ireland with radio commentary on talkSPORT.<\/p>\n
The final Test match of the 2013 Tour saw the Lions secure the Series with a 41-16 victory at Stadium Australia in Sydney.<\/p>\n
