In the role, he will have oversight of the firm\u2019s entire operations and compliance function.<\/p>\n<p>Yuen has over 30 years of experience in Hong Kong, most recently as managing director and senior advisor at Julius Baer, where he directed teams serving ultra-high net worth clients across Greater China. Previously, he also held senior roles at UBS, Goldman Sachs and Citibank.<\/p>\n<p>Blackhorn is a Hong Kong-based external asset manager founded in 2021.
