Callum Osmand signed from Fulham<\/a>, and he is yet to make a senior appearance in his career, whilst Shin Yamada joined from the J-League in Japan.\u00a0<\/p>\n At the age of 19, Osmand<\/a> is a bona fide project signing from Celtic, and a type of deal the club have done again and again over the years.\u00a0<\/p>\n But with the Welshman in the building, what has Rodgers<\/a> been telling him?\u00a0<\/p>\n This is Rodgers\u2019 bread and butter, and you back him to help Osmand take that next step in his career because it\u2019s the most important one.<\/p>\n The player himself, whilst speaking to Sky Sports, shared how the Celtic manager<\/a> told him to bring \u2018energy\u2019 to the table of the Scottish champions<\/a>.<\/p>\n But, most importantly, Rodgers has told the teenager that he shouldn\u2019t change his game, even though he is now playing at a pressure cooker of a club. <\/p>\n \u201cHe just wants me to bring energy,\u201d said Osmand about what Rodgers has told him. \u201cBring what I am good at.
