Partnered with some incredible graphic projections around London promoting the surprise 13th LP last night, this isn’t an out of the ordinary move for Robbie to make.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a post on Instagram, the former Take That<\/a> star said: “”Come on it’s been long enough, I’ve decided I want to go now. It’s been ages, now, now, please deploy. Let’s go!”\u00a0<\/p>\n

First announced last May, the record was set for release on October 10, though was then pushed back to February 6 due to “scheduling issues”.\u00a0The 11-track collection is largely inspired by the projects name, primarily focused around huge, guitar-driven hooks.<\/p>\n

On ‘BRITPOP’ Robbie previously said: “I set out to create the album that I wanted to\u00a0
write and release after I left Take That in 1995. It was the peak of Britpop and a golden\u00a0
age for British Music. I’ve worked with some of my heroes on this album; it’s raw, there\u00a0
are more guitars and it’s an album that’s even more upbeat and anthemic than usual.<\/p>\n

It is now looking as if the deluxe version of BRITPOP will be available on February 6 instead.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Currently joint top with The Beatles<\/a> for most Number 1’s with 15, he will be looking to break an Official Charts record by becoming the act with the most Number 1 albums ever with this latest release.\u00a0<\/p>\n
