\n\tTwo new guests are checking into \u201cThe White Lotus<\/a>\u201d Season 4. Variety has learned that both Steve Coogan<\/a> and Caleb Jonte Edwards have been cast in the upcoming season of the hit HBO<\/a> series.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs is usually the case with \u201cThe White Lotus,\u201d exact character and plot details are being kept under wraps. The two new additions join previously announced cast members<\/a> Alexander Ludwig and AJ Michalka. While there has been speculation about other actors joining the show, these are the only confirmed castings to date. <\/p>\n

\n\tAs previously reported, Season 4 will take place in France, including Paris and multiple locations along the French Riviera. Series mastermind Mike White is the writer, director, and executive producer. David Bernad and Mark Kamine also executive produce. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe role will mark one of Edwards\u2019 first onscreen credits. Prior to this, his only credited television role was an episode of the Australian crime drama \u201cBlack Snow.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tCoogan is a highly-accomplished comedian and actor. He is known for multiple projects in which he has played the character of Alan Partridge, most recently in 2025\u2019s \u201cHow Are You? It\u2019s Alan (Partridge)\u201d for BBC One. In film, Coogan is known for parts in features such as the \u201cNight at the Museum\u201d franchise, the \u201cDespicable Me\u201d films, \u201cPhilomena,\u201d and \u201cTropic Thunder.\u201d In addition to starring in \u201cPhilomena,\u201d he also co-wrote it and shared in its Academy Award nominations for best adapted screenplay and best picture. He and Rob Brydon have also aired multiple entries in their successful \u201cThe Trip\u201d series, with the fifth entry \u2014 \u201cThe Trip to the Northern Lights\u201d \u2014 being announced in summer 2025. <\/p>\n

\n\tCoogan is represented by CAA and Independent Talent Group.
