Paddy<\/a> said: “I still can\u2019t believe how much I\u2019d let myself go.\n<\/p>\n\n “That before pic is the result of just under two months of binge eating \u2013 beer, cakes, and biscuits.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The effect it had on my body, and more importantly my mind, was staggering.”\n<\/p>\n
\n He plans to share a full 75-day picture time-lapse next week.\n<\/p>\n
\n He said: “It really is amazing what can be achieved in such a short period of time\u2026 if you\u2019ve got the willpower.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I thoroughly enjoyed taking on the Hard 75 challenge, and now I\u2019m on the lookout for the next one.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Challenges like Hard 75 aren\u2019t for everyone, but if you\u2019ve got even an ounce of willpower, why not give something a whirl?”\n<\/p>\n
\n He also joked: “PS the tan helps.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Paddy did not disclose the amount of weight he lost.\n<\/p>\n
\n The presenter also reflected on his ultra-endurance cycling challenge for BBC\u2019s Children In Need in 2024, during which he cycled across three nations and eight counties.\n<\/p>\n
\n He said: “When I did the Children In Need challenge, it was so physically exertive that I used to kind of think ‘how did I manage that?’ and ‘how did I do that challenge?’\n<\/p>\n
\n “I thought, ‘I\u2019d love to do something again really out of my comfort zone’ \u2013 and that\u2019s what I did.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I had a bit of free time, I had about a month and a half, and I thought ‘I\u2019m going to do it’.”\n<\/p>\n
\n He offered advice to anyone considering a similar challenge.\n<\/p>\n
\n Paddy said: “The best advice if you\u2019re doing a challenge like that is don\u2019t do too much straight away.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It\u2019s just about getting yourself out and doing it.”\n<\/p>\n
