Danny Addy\u2019s rugby league career will continue in 2026, after he has landed a new contract following his exit from Featherstone Rovers.<\/p>\n

Addy was one of 10 players to originally be left without a club<\/a> following the Flatcappers\u2019 rejection from the Championship, though that number is down to eight now that his future has been confirmed.<\/p>\n

The ex-Salford and Bradford forward will continue to play in the second tier, after penning a deal to sign with North Wales Crusaders.<\/p>\n

A man with huge experience, Addy has 149 Super League games under his belt, and another 119 in the Championship, highlighting his stature in the game.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old has been at the Rovers for two seasons, after his exit from Salford Red Devils, where he had been for three years, came in 2023.<\/p>\n

Addy is also a Scottish international, and has played for his club 18 times, with his first appearance coming in 2013.<\/p>\n

He has featured in two World Cups, in 2013 and 2017, and has scored five tries for his country overall.<\/p>\n

Joining the Crusaders, the Welsh outfit have made a number of key signings this off-season, including former Super League players Declan Patton and Mark Ioane.<\/p>\n

Greg Eden is another player to join this off-season, as he links up with former boss Dean Muir once again, after the pair had a brief spell together at Hunslet in 2025.<\/p>\n
