If you\u2019re in a rush and need some last-minute Fantasy Premier League (FPL) advice, here\u2019s a quick round-up of what you need to know about Gameweek 22.<\/p>\n

WHEN\u2019S THE FPL GAMEWEEK 22 DEADLINE?<\/p>\n

All transfers and team selections need to be done by 11:00 GMT on Saturday 17 January.<\/p>\n

EKITIKE IS BACK\"FPL<\/p>\n

The post-Christmas spell of FA Cup and EFL Cup action has given Fantasy managers some time to breathe a bit. Although some notable events still took place in this period of reflection.<\/p>\n

For example, the recent Hugo Ekitike (\u00a38.9m) injury<\/a> caused misery for many, including \u2018The Great and The Good\u2019<\/a>, but Liverpool\u2019s forward returned to score and assist in a cup cameo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Not only are the Reds likely to keep a clean sheet<\/a> at home to Burnley, but Ekitike is backed to grab some attacking joy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

That will stop some from swapping him out for Ollie Watkins (\u00a38.8m). Another unanimous Scout Squad pick<\/a>, in-form Watkins doesn\u2019t have competition from the outgoing Donyell Malen anymore. He\u2019s one to consider buying<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A FORCED MAN CITY SALE?\"FPL<\/p>\n

That same article believes that new Manchester City signing Antoine Semenyo (\u00a37.6m)<\/a> is worth keeping for now. The instinctive thought was to sell him before \u2018Pep Roulette\u2019 claimed a new victim, but the winger has netted in both immediate cup games<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, both Semenyo and imminent Etihad Stadium arrival Marc Guehi (\u00a35.3m)<\/a> are owned by over five million FPL managers. What if your Gameweek 21 squad featured one (or both) of these, alongside three Man City players?<\/p>\n

Simply put, your next transfer(s) must sell<\/a> so that your Man City quota gets back down to the maximum of three.<\/p>\n

OTHERS ON THE MOVE\"What\"<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Semenyo and Guehi aren\u2019t the only movers in this transfer window.<\/p>\n

Taty Castellanos (\u00a35.5m), Pablo Felipe (\u00a35.5m)<\/a>, Kaye Furo<\/a> and Conor Gallagher (\u00a35.5m)<\/a> have new surroundings, plus a couple of big clubs decided to change their manager.<\/p>\n

The arrival of Liam Rosenior at Chelsea<\/a> complicates matters because their upcoming fixtures<\/a> demand investment, but we don\u2019t yet know his favourites and Cole Palmer (\u00a310.4m) seems to be injured<\/a>. When asked in his Q&A, Zophar said he trusts Enzo Fernandez\u2018s (\u00a36.5m) game time<\/a> the most.<\/p>\n

BEST FPL GAMEWEEK 22 CAPTAIN\"Who<\/p>\n

There\u2019s some slight armband uncertainty this time. Whereas Erling Haaland (\u00a315.1m) is the recommended armband recipient of Captain Sensible<\/a>, our Rate My Team (RMT) algorithm<\/a> thinks Hugo Ekitike is best, ahead of Cole Palmer.<\/p>\n

The other players on their podiums are Igor Thiago (\u00a37.1m) and Cody Gakpo (\u00a37.3m).<\/p>\n
