The Irish Elite Boxing<\/a> Championships return for a day of finals at the National Stadium in Dublin<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Championships have a new look and feel to them after the rebrand of the IABA to Boxing Ireland, which saved the future of Olympic<\/a> Boxing in Ireland.<\/p>\n

The finals that are fixed for the day include an all-Dublin, all-Kellie clash between two-time Olympic champion Kellie Harrington<\/a> and Kellie McMcLoughlin in the 60kg final.<\/p>\n

Ulster<\/a> elite champions Caitlin Fryers and Nicole Clyde will both compete in the 51kg and 54kg finals as they look to build on their provincial successes.<\/p>\n

The other Ulster finalists are Jude Gallagher, Louis Rooney, Clepson Dos Santos, Willie John McCartan, and last but certainly not least, 14-time elite champion Michaela Walsh<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With plenty of other high-profile fighters in action, including Martin McDonagh or \u2018Project 28\u2032 to some Irish Boxing coachs given the expectation of LA success on the super-heavyweight Tuam native\u2019s shoulders.<\/p>\n
