It&#8217;s a she! She&#8217;s apparently very friendly and a big part of the Queen&#8217;s Park community.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Fellow camera club member Claire Andrews, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theargus.co.uk\/news\/25729103.camera-club-white-squirrel-photographed-queens-park\/?ref=ed_direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">who also photographed the squirrel recently in December<\/a>, said: &#8220;Yes, I\u2019ve spent some time in the park recently. She\u2019s a local celebrity!\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;Also lots of birds. There used to be foxes but only seen one in last few weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;I have been watching the little Goldcrests too.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  According to the BBC, the odds of an albino grey squirrel are one in 100,000 births.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Argus Camera Club member\u00a0Sophie Jasmin Mitchell\u00a0captured the albino squirrel on camera in Queen&#8217;s Park.
