EW<\/a> revealed the first images from \u201cSomething Very Bad Is Going to Happen,\u201d a Netflix horror series produced by the Duffer Brothers as their first post-\u201cStranger Things\u201d project.<\/p>\n

The eight-episode limited series is created and written by showrunner Haley Z. Boston (\u201cHunters,\u201d \u201cBrand New Cherry Flavor\u201d), who likens the show to Carrie and Rosemary\u2019s Baby.<\/p>\n

Camila Morrone (\u201cDaisy Jones & the Six\u201d) and Adam DiMarco (\u201cThe White Lotus\u201d) star as Rachel Harkin and Nicky Cunningham, who road-trip midwinter to Nicky\u2019s wealthy family\u2019s secluded vacation home, where they will be married in five days time.<\/p>\n

EW explains, \u201cEach episode tracks a single day around this private ceremony, and each day Rachel\u2019s paranoia and superstition, fed by an accelerating number of strange occurrences, ramps up.\u201d<\/p>\n

The cast also includes\u00a0Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight) as Nicky\u2019s mother, along with Jeff Wilbusch (\u201cUnorthodox\u201d), Karla Crome (\u201cUnder the Dome\u201d), Gus Birney (\u201cShining Vale\u201d), Ted Levine (The Silence of the Lambs), and Sawyer Fraser (\u201cThe Baby-Sitters Club\u201d).<\/p>\n

Living up to its title, something very bad will indeed happen. \u201cThe special thing about this show, and what I think the title offers, is we\u2019re gonna keep you guessing on what the very bad thing is,\u201d says Boston.<\/p>\n

Directors on the series include Weronika Tofilska (\u201cBaby Reindeer\u201d), Axelle Carolyn (\u201cThe Midnight Club\u201d), and Lisa Br\u00fchlmann (\u201cKilling Eve\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Duffer Brothers and Hilary Leavitt executive produce on behalf of Upside Down Pictures alongside Andrea Sperling (\u201cTransparent\u201d) and Boston.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomething Very Bad Is Going to Happen\u201d will premiere March 26 on Netflix. Expect a trailer soon.<\/p>\n
