Everton have been one of the quieter Premier League teams in the winter transfer window.<\/p>\n
David Moyes<\/a> has faced several issues in recent weeks, with Jack Grealish\u2019s severe foot injury<\/a> the latest of a long line of problems at the Hill Dickinson Stadium<\/a>.<\/p>\n Despite that, Harrison Armstrong\u2019s recall on loan from Preston<\/a> is the most significant piece of business.<\/p>\n With the transfer deadline quickly approaching on 2 February, though, it appears that Everton scouts are looking to get some deals over the line<\/a>.<\/p>\n That is where the Europa League showdown between Dinamo Zagreb and FC Midtjylland comes into play on Thursday evening.<\/p>\n Scouts in Attendance reshared the list of English clubs attending the match, with Middlesbrough and Ipswich<\/a> noted from the Championship.<\/p>\n Indkast<\/a> shared more details, though, revealing that Everton<\/a> were joined by Bundesliga giants, Borussia Dortmund and Monchengladbach at the MCH Arena.<\/p>\n Despite the sub-zero temperatures in Denmark, it didn\u2019t stop possible transfer developments.<\/p>\n Who could Everton be watching?<\/p>\n Franculino Dju was linked with Everton<\/a> ahead of the winter window, but the striker wasn\u2019t available as the Danes won 2-0 on 29 January.<\/p>\n A striker may not be a priority for the Toffees now that Thierno Barry is firing, scoring yet another goal in the 1-1 draw against Leeds last time out.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n With Jarrad Branthwaite<\/a>, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Iliman Ndiaye<\/a> and Idrissa Gueye also returning in that draw, Moyes finally has more options to choose from.<\/p>\n So, that may get rid of any idea that a late transfer is on the cards ahead of Monday.<\/p>\n Everton could just be getting their shortlist for the summer, when PSR finally ends, and the new squad cost ratio rules are brought into force instead.<\/p>\n The Friedkins did back Moyes heavily in the summer, and with positive results still being collected around a turbulent squad, there isn\u2019t a desperate need to reinforce again.<\/p>\n With little time left for deals, prices will be rising, and it may be better for Toffees\u2019 fans to accept what they\u2019ve got and look forward to the summer.<\/p>\n![\"Everton's](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Everton-deals-so-far-819x1024.jpg\")
