That goes for anyone who ever had my name in their mouth,\u201d which prompted Carrington to reply: \u201cFirst time for everything! Let\u2019s stop all the chit chat and make it happen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bursting his rival\u2019s bubble, Fulton fired back: \u201cYou should take your own advice, you went on world tour talking. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve got bigger opponents I\u2019m about to face. Be patient!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>How did Bruce Carrington win the WBC interim featherweight title?<\/p>\n<p>While Carrington might be somewhat disappointed that a bout with Fulton doesn\u2019t look likely to come to fruition in the immediate future, he still has a lot to be happy about.<\/p>\n<p>On July 26, \u2018Shu Shu\u2019 picked up his belt against Mateus Heita inside the historic Madison Square Garden in New York, USA.<\/p>\n<p>Showcasing his brilliance, Carrington exhibited speed and precision to dominate his opponent, en route to winning via unanimous decision.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Stephen Fulton was not interested in this callout.
