Rebecca Loos has taken aim at Victoria Beckham<\/a> in a new documentary examining the family\u2019s increasingly bitter rift, claiming Brooklyn Beckham\u2019s recent public statement<\/a> \u201cvalidates\u201d allegations she made more than two decades ago.<\/p>\n

Loos, 48, who was formerly David Beckham<\/a>\u2019s personal assistant, appears in The Beckham Feud: Truth and Lies<\/a>, a 90-minute special airing on Sunday. She rose to global notoriety in 2004 after alleging she had an affair with the footballer while he was married to Victoria \u2014 claims David has always denied.<\/p>\n

In the documentary, Loos says Brooklyn\u2019s six-page statement last week, in which he accused his parents of being \u201ccontrolling and manipulative\u201d<\/a>, echoes her own experience of what she describes as a \u201cPR war\u201d surrounding the Beckham brand.<\/p>\n

\u201cSuddenly you\u2019re part of a big PR war,\u201d she says. \u201cIn a very small way, this is validation for what I came forward and said 22 years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brooklyn claimed in his statement that much of his upbringing revolved around \u201cperformative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships\u201d, adding that he has no wish to reconcile with his family. Loos argues this reinforces her long-held belief that image and brand have been prioritised above personal relationships.<\/p>\n

\u201cBrooklyn is basically confirming inauthentic relationships, the value of promotion and endorsements above all else,\u201d she says. \u201cThat it\u2019s all focused on Brand Beckham \u2014 and that that\u2019s all that matters.\u201d<\/p>\n

Loos also weighs in on one of Brooklyn\u2019s most explosive allegations: that Victoria \u201chijacked\u201d his first dance<\/a> with Nicola Peltz<\/a> at their 2022 wedding, after singer Marc Anthony described the designer as \u201cthe most beautiful woman in the room\u201d.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn claimed the moment left him \u201cuncomfortable and humiliated\u201d, alleging his mother danced \u201cinappropriately\u201d with him in front of guests. Loos says the incident showed a lack of awareness, regardless of who initiated it.<\/p>\n

\u201cAny other mother would have read the room,\u201d she says. \u201cShe might have said, \u2018Thank you, but the most beautiful woman in the room is Nicola \u2014 Nicola, please take this dance.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

She adds that if alcohol clouded judgement, \u201ca husband or father might have stepped in\u201d to defuse the situation.<\/p>\n

Following Brooklyn\u2019s statement, Loos publicly expressed support for him on social media. Replying to a fan who suggested she might feel vindicated, she wrote: \u201cSo happy he is standing up for himself and speaking publicly finally. I have felt so bad for his poor wife.\u201d She later added: \u201cThe truth always comes out,\u201d echoing Brooklyn\u2019s own words.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn and Nicola have been absent from major Beckham family events in recent months, including David Beckham\u2019s 50th birthday celebrations and his recent knighthood ceremony. Brooklyn has claimed tensions began around their wedding and said he found \u201cpeace and relief\u201d after distancing himself from his family.<\/p>\n
