While a highly decorated player and one of the Premier League<\/a>\u2019s leading stars only a few years ago, Sterling struggled at Chelsea and looked way off the pace when loaned to Arsenal last season.\u00a0<\/p>\n As such, any club looking to sign him would be taking something of a risk. <\/p>\n Though West Ham fans do want to sign Sterling<\/a>, there has now been a fresh update on\u00a0their\u00a0interest.\u00a0<\/p>\n Raheem Sterling may not think that West Ham are a stable club\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n On Friday, talkSPORT\u2019s chief\u00a0football correspondent Alex Crook revealed some interesting news.\u00a0<\/p>\n According to his information, West Ham<\/a>\u00a0haven\u2019t\u00a0given up in their pursuit of the player.\u00a0<\/p>\n In fact, Crook revealed that the Hammers have \u201ctried again\u201d in an attempt to sign him. <\/p>\n However, at this stage of his career, Sterling wants stability \u2013 and there\u2019s a feeling that he doesn\u2019t think West Ham can offer him that. <\/p>\n Nuno Espirito Santo\u2019s side, despite a recent upturn, do face the very real prospect of dropping into the Championship next season. <\/p>\n Who would West Ham have to sign now for it to be as big of a shock as when we signed Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano? \ud83d\ude02 <\/p>\n Please let us know how you felt about it at the time too! \ud83d\udc47<\/p>\n \ud83d\udc47 Join the debate; share your insight.
