Mandelson was business secretary at the time and in a relationship with da Silva. He apparently wrote: \u201cWhat time would you like me \u2026 we will also need (to) \u2026 have private time.\u201d<\/p>\n Mountbatten-Windsor responded to say that he was about to leave Scotland and apparently suggested they \u201ccould have dinner at Buckingham Palace and lots of privacy\u201d.<\/p>\n Two days later, according to the document, Mountbatten-Windsor emailed again, writing: \u201cDelighted for you to come here to BP.
